Penman & Partners created its Equity Trading and Sales Department
in order to provide enhanced services for its investment banking clients,
particularly in the community banking and financial services sector.
With our full service, NASD licensed and SIPC insured broker dealer,
we are able to use our close relationships with institutional and accredited
investors to further the stories of our banking clients. Our goal is
to provide distribution in the primary market, followed with market
making in the secondary markets in order to establish liquidity and
to facilitate trading for the benefit of all parties involved.
